Gathering Event

Our Wine is full organic and sulphates free and the palate is full of fruit and full body of taste. We bottled one by one and by hand. We picked with all scialabis family. Then pressed and left on the grape's skins by turning up and down the skins every few hours. Scialabis individuality and character of a family land to share values and simplicity of life.

It was an honour for us to have Julie taste our wine and to share with us her expertise. We treasure this special moment where we established a new friendship, enjoyed our wine together, shared our passion of wine in general and appreciated her vast and extensive knowledge.  Julie enjoyed the unique and diverse taste of Scialabis wine. @julie_dupouy "This is the very first vintage produced of this wine. Another very promising Irish/Italian venture. Light skin contact. Aromatic yet subtle nose of wisteria, orange blossom, tangerine, lemon and thyme. Very delicate, refreshing and saline on the palate. This wine is such a charmer!"
